Watch 90% of the homes in every area sit: like if you don't have a really in demand home, with a incredible deal, it will sit on the market. The more that happens the faster the prices will fall. I would bet Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte; those are areas I see cracking already, same with Riveria Beach and West Palm Beach in you area. It might be time to get back to the basics, at least for me since I don't have a big network. Thanks for the update, Chris.

1,200 wealthy people a day move to Florida. That's called gentrification. What it means is the not wealthy need to leave. Gentrification is nothing new. It is hard on the not wealthy but at the end of the day the area being gentrified is better off.

Chris I live in palm springs you know is a shity neighborhood nothing special just listed 3 bedroom 1 bath 1970 house no upgrades old roof and is listed for 480,000 dollars is ridiculous. Is out of control insanity has no cure.

Home values are declining rapidly throughout Florida. This will impact anyone who bought as far back as 2012 when the dust settles. Bottom won't be until the 2030's.

I am in the Deltona area, the prices of the homes here has gotten double. New home are still selling. Perhaps because it's easier to get home insurance. Plus they are offering some discounts the price. The house are not showing up on the MLS. The price are extremely expensive.
