Jay, I want to say this IS hands DOWN THE best chicken I have EVER had. My husband and I made this again for the 3rd time. My husband ABSOLUTELY loves the chicken. It is so juicy and the flavorful and paired with the BBQ sauce! DUDE! And as for the BBQ sauce... DUDE(again)!!!!! My husband took his chicken to work and paired it with a salad. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe!!

Bro I make one just like this but I use a whole breast and pound it out. I cook the bacon first in my cast iron pan then fry the bird in the bacon grease it's literally one of the best things I've ever ate. People always trip when I make it for them.
