Yes! Just make sure you let the filling set in the fridge or freezer before starting to cover it with ganache to avoid slipping and sliding 👍🏻

Hi Eva.... thank you for the tutorial Just one qustn we don't have to put dowel for safety purpose as it's a whipped cream cake it may fall down while traveling..??

Always use dowels! I use 2 boba straws for support 👍🏻

For a small cake like this it's not necessary to use dowels and also this was a smash cake so I didn't want to add in dowels. But if you feel your cake needs extra support make sure to use some dowels for extra support.
