104 weeks ago (March 20th 2019) my best friend requested a toast from you guys to my wedding in June 2019, to which you threw me a Magnificent Bastard. We still watch your content and even today will be having an Irish whiskey tasting together at my house. I am now asking for that favor since his wedding is in May 2021. Can we toast to Dylan Tyler and 𝘩𝘪𝘴 next chapter in life.

I really like that you're holding the glass up to the bottles in the side by side comparison to make it extra clear which one you're talking about, super helpful! Both of these are readily available even if the trilogy is getting up to the pricey side but they both seem worth a look and some consideration.

I just finally opened my bottle of Tullamore D.E.W. for review and it was certainly tasty AND more importantly in my price range. I now of course need to find out some way to not only try their 15 year but also that Jameson you mention too!

Curious how much work goes into managing all the whiskys in that vault. Is it half full of whisky bottles like this Tullamore that have been sampled once and have +90% of the bottle left, or are they shuffled away somewhere else to keep "the best" bottles on the shelf, and is any kind of preserve gas used to keep things stable for as long as possible. Does the whisky vault have a keeper?
@ChrisDominey3 жыл бұрын
I have an idea to defeat Emma, but it sorta defeats the purpose of the wall in the first place, just put any random islay on the shelf spot every time she puts the Laphroaig on there. Start with Ardbeg, then switch to some outlier, maybe she'll give up eventually.

For anyone in the know a question: is it OK to have a slight whitish sediment on the bottom of an unopened bottle of whiskey? And looks like there are few tiny unknown particles floating. The cork is screw down metal one, typical for Japanese. The whiskey is Tokinoka Black Blended Whiskey from White Oak Distillery in Japan. Really appreciate any input. First time I see something like that.
