Whisky .com tastes the GlenGoyne 18 years. The Glenoyne distillery was bought by the independent bottler Ian McLeod. Glengoyne has one of the slowest distilleries there are in Scotland. This means the alcohol can separate better than in a faster distilling speed.
The nose:
Complex, with dark flavours, sherry, slightly sweet.
The taste:
Round, little sweet, intense, spicy, marzipan, marmalade
The finish:
Long, warm and dry.
