Very interesting distillery. I usually think of good whisky as a sort of craft-industrial beverage, but Waterford seems to be advancing the idea that whisky can also be regarded as an agricultural product. I'll be looking for this brand.

What do the different color Label’s mean on the single farm origin’s. I’ve had ones that are Green ones that are dark blue, Light blue, Yellow etc. The dark blue one was a costal farm, and the light blue was near a fresh water lake and I’m wondering if each label color has a meaning of type of biome/ area where the farm is located in Ireland. Awesome whisky…and awesome video. Keep up the great work.
