Necromunda should always be played on a vertical table . When necromunda came out in the 90’s I started making vertical terrain right off the bat. I seen people play on a flat table and I’m just completely baffled why they would do it. When you add the vertical playing field. You add a whole new dimension of play to the game.

That's awesome! It definitely evokes the whole "hive city" feel to have a vertical play surface.
