Cheesy Creamy White Sauce Pasta Restaurant Style 🤤
➡️Ingredients:
Step1 : For Boiling Pasta
•Oil 1tbsp
•Salt 1 tbsp
•Pasta 2cup
Boiled Pasta as per packet instruction,save a little pasta water at least half cup,while boiling & Set aside
Step 2: For Marinate Chicken
•Chicken 1/2kg
•Salt 1tsp
•Black pepper 1tsp
•Red chilli flakes 1tsp
•Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
•Soya sauce 1tsp
•Chilli sauce 1tsp
•Vinegar 1tsp
Marinade Chicken for 30 minutes..
In a pan add oil and marinated chicken, cook until chicken has done,add Capsicums,sauthe for 1 minutes & set aside,
Step 3: White Sauce preparation:
•Butter 🧈 2-3tbsp
•Milk 1Litre
•Chopped Garlic paste 1tbsp
•Salt 🧂 1tsp
•Red chilli flakes 1tsp
•Black pepper 1tsp
•Dried oregano 1tsp
•Chicken cube 2
•Cream 3-4tbsp
•Cheese slices 1-2
•Olives (as per required)
In a pan add butter, and let it melt, add Chopped garlic paste,all purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, and add all dried spices, chicken cube ,cream, cheese ,mix continuously ,until smooth & sauce thickens add saved pasta water,add cooked chicken, pasta and olives mix well...
White Sauce Pasta is done now.......
