Yes, two of everything in the box. The camera protector is good as long as the case you use will allow it. If your going with no case then, yes it's a good idea to protect the cameras

Is this compatible with most casing? Some will peel off when using casing especially 3rd party case

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen protector. Now I can't figure out how to remove the Lego like piece which I need to do to reinstall the next piece. Any idea how I should do that? Is the only option to brute force it and yank it out?

Yeh it just pops off. Use a flat head screwdriver

There is a video about this. My kit came with a little credit-card sized laminated card to use as a tool. Just slide it under a corner and work it all the way around to lift the old one off.
