I like how Mariah talks about, Thinkin About You. I loved that song too, from Whitney’s first album. Whitney was also heavily influenced by Chaka too. And you can hear Chaka’s isms in that Thinkin About You song. I also like that subtle shade Whitney dropped, when asked what she thought of Mariah when she came out. Whitney says, I thought she sounds a little like me, but she not me… 😂😂😂

Why would there be any drama?! Being the two talented ladies they are, neither one of them would be competitive, and/or try to out do each other! It was about collaborating, being respectful, and most of all, having fun with what the Lord blessed the both of them to do! The idea of these two talented ladies rivals; I, myself don’t feel it’s that serious!

@@antdiogaurdi8250yes, Mariah herself said Tommy made her work with producers that used to work with Whitney. He tried so hard to put Mariah as Whitney’s rival cause it gonna sell more. Whitney was so popular back then
