What I find incredible is that most people don’t realise that children are either a combination of both parents in looks and personality; or they favour one parent over another. If you look at John Houston and if you look at Whitney, they have so many features in common. The height the eyes the structure of the face, Whitney is her father. What she gets from her mother Cissy is her mother‘s singing ability her musicality. Added to which all of Cissy’s family are musical. Her son Gary, Whitney‘s half brother, is also a singer and a musician. None of John‘s other children are.
