When comparing two voice such as these, it's really not a question of who is better, it really just comes down to individual taste. they're both such incredible voices that don't come around very often. i miss whitney but i'm glad celine is still making music. her new album to wonderful. she's one of the great talents around today who can still sing. i really don't know who else is around who can compare to her vocally.

They are both tied, I do believe Whitney has a slighter better technique due to the fact that Whitney has a more developed head voice, better dynamic control, & more consistent support on upper belts. But I still believe it all comes down to preference.
