I think delta should be given a higher respect percentage. She was one of the only two that saw through his "John Smith" act. And I believe he feels free talking to her the most (even more than alpha) because she's adorable, sweet, a deadly fighter and totally obedient. She is the only one he has carried for minutes, promised a reward fought alongside with, talked heart to heart with and lots more. While Aurora should be above alpha because he was impressed with her powers and fighting skills despite the fact that she was. He realized that she was the one that summoned him to the sanctuary and still helped her escape despite the fact that she lied she wasn't. You can say Alpha is the mother of the "shadow garden" he didn't intend to create. He considers her better than him in other areas asides battle, skills/experience and powers. Her maturity, leadership, composure, coordination rivals if not supercedes his'. Yes gamma has more money than him but in season 2 we are shown that alpha is still the supreme head of the entirety of the mitsugoshi company and lady gamma reports to her. This shows that lady alpha was the one that orchestrated her success and coordinated the expansion of the company.

I don't know if we can count this as respect for Cid, but Cid specifically mentions Alpha in the manga. For example, he often uses the phrase "Alpha and others" when talking about the 7 Shadows in his speeches. Or when Cid thinks the Mutsugoshi Company plan has failed, he wonders why Yukime and Alpha haven't come to scold him yet. (Neither of them could scold Cid, but that's different) And there are many such situations.

Regardless of talent or actual strength Cid often respects those that make genuine and serious efforts to better themselves. Alexia is weaker than her sister and a lot weaker than him but he respects her trying her hardest. It is one of the reasons he is annoyed with Delta and Zeta. One is content with her superhuman strenght and doesn't try to improve her technique and the other is an overly talented person that can learn anything she wants but never bothers to master anything. The thing he doesn't respect is those using borrowed power or taking the easy way. He doesn't has anything against thief and bandits or scammers because if they are successful it often means they worked hard. He is still going to steal from them since society allows him.

Even in the last episode when he saved Victoria the ex Saint he only healed her and restore a bit of her magic. The pills the cult takes artificially increase the strength so they are borrowed power and so it is using artifacts like invisible swords to win fights.

Honestly Iris should be 0% since she used an atifact, in other words "borrowed" strenght, something Shadow ansolutely despises. From the 7 shadows Beta is probably the lowest in respect since Cid was pissed she made a lot of money from the stories he told her yet didn't give him a single cent, then is epsilon since he also dislikes the fact she became successful from the life work of other people, but she has more respect than beta thanks to what Cid thinks is her great dedication to magic control and keeping a seemeingly perfect body at every moment. Then is Zeta since despite being the most talented she is too lazy to actually use it at it maximum potential, thing which Cid doesnt approve of, Then its delta because she just doesn't give a crap about anything other than what she wants, she would be higher if she didn't use a fighting style which Cid absolutely hates which is just smashing it hard and harder till it brakes. After would be Alpha since Cid respects her dedication and resolve and her "willingness to humor him and his role-play". Then, yes can't beat gamma, she has made millions of cash which mades Cid respect her the most. He hasn't figured he is actually the secret owner of mitsugoshi and gamma is just his overcapable secretary that handles everything for him XD. About Eta, Cid has rarely even metion her, even less show us his opinion of her, but it would probably be in the middle or top three since Cid respects dedication and results and Eta is quite determined when she wants to.
