Bruce is a legendary performer. Not only does he fill Arenas and Stadiums but he will perform non-stop with high energy every show for 3.5 hours. I know some superfans who have been to 80+ shows and its always fresh and new. One of the best Front Men of all time ranking along side Jagger and Freddie Mercury. And his E Street Band is legendary and IMHO rates higher as a backing band then either Queen or the Stones.

Bruce consistently sold out venues around the world. His live Barcelona concert is a treat to watch. The E Street Band he played with (Clarence Clemmons on sax) was special. He wrote almost all of his music and some hits for others. He is a legend and one of the most revered artists of our time. Affectionately called "The Boss" by his fans. Introduced into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by Bono (from U2). He did a fantastic live solo accoustic Broadway production of his life/music that was filmed and shown on Netflix (must see). He has a massive catalog of superb music with so many hits. He is a master at emotive storytelling through his music.

I have been a Bruce fan since 1974 and have seen him in concert many times over the last 40+ years. Most concerts back in the day were over 4 hours long, these days around 3. Most energetic fun concerts you would ever see!! He has over 20 albums. Some of my favs: Jungleland (RIP Clarence Clemons, best saxophone solo of all times), Born to Run, Rosalita, Thunder Road, Land of Hope and Dreams, and about 100 others. He is my all time fav. Can’t believe you are serious when you say you have never listened to any of his music ☹️ I would suggest live version of Born to Run, the cover of Staying Alive in Brisbane Australia, or The Ghost of Tom Joad with Tom Morello (from Rage Against the Machine )

That video was shot in my hometown of St Paul MN. Unfortunately we were at the next night's show! 3 sold out shows and our night he played for 4 and a half hours! 5 hours the night before! Btw after this album he was at stadiums and not just sports arenas! For those who say he didn't play that long - well, we were there and it WAS that long, with no warmup band either!

I can not say I connect with Bruce Springsteen's songs yet there are a few I really like. I saw him in concert and have to say it was in the top 5 concerts of my life (and I have been to a lot). His energy kept me on my feet the whole time. It was great!!

This video isn't actually from a concert. It was just to record this music video for this song. The audience other, than the actress, were basically extras aware there would be multiple takes of the one song. The actress, Courteney Cox, would go on to stardom playing Monica in the Friends, and the reporter in the Scream movie franchise among many other roles.

Bruce is a kind person and generous individual. In 2003 he came [on his own dime] along with many other rock stars to help Warren Zevon make his farewell album. "The Wind". You see in August 2002 Zevon was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and given 3 months to live. He lived 11 months and his friends came to help him put the album together. The album was release 2 weeks prior to Warren's death. He knew it was out, and also lived long enough to meet his twin gransons. Bruce is still touring & just came out with a new album & book recently as well. He is known as 'The Boss' but on Steven Colbert earlier this year said he hates it, but knows he's stuck with it. What I did not know until today is that he has written 101 books!!!! He is in the Songwriters Hall of fame (written at least 79 songs) & the rock & roll hall of fame, as well. He is a GOAT of rock & roll, from Jersey & is loved by all. And that was Courtney Cox from the TV show 'Friends'. Bruce pulled her from the audience & that is how she got discovered. She was just a fan like everyone else there.

I talked my Sergeant into letting me stay a day longer, because Elton John was scheduled for the St. Paul Civic Center that next evening. I'm a singer and musician and Elton was and still is a genius piano player! I hear Bruce still performs at a reduced schedule.

You first saw Bruce in the video of "We Are The World" ..he is the one singing with Stevie Wonder toward the end. Check out " Born in the USA"....that's one of my favorite songs of his. The Lady is the actress Courtney Cox. She was in the tv show " Friends" Bruce is from Asbury Park, New Jersey,....a shore town with a great boardwalk....at least it was back in the 60's and 70's. I haven't been back there since then. Bruce has a bunch of hits for you to listen to. You have only just begun. You might want to revisit "We Are The World" now that you have listened to so much music from back then. You will recognize more of the singers now.. Reaction channels listen to it early on ( because it is highly recommended, but most don't recognize very many of the people who are singing) Love your channel, your reactions and your personality..

BRO, I think it was Rolling Stone magazine, back when it still was considered an excellent source for music and musical artists, that named his song, "Born To Run", as one of the best Rock anthems ever! Bruce has an extraordinary amount of energy when he plays to his Live concerts, and he's been known to keep the crowds screaming and entertained for hours at a time!
