So, Jesus is God, as well as the Father and the Holy Spirit. If William meant that the other parts of the Most Holy Trinity were not God, only Jesus, then that would be heretical. I assume though that he means Jesus is God along with the Father and Holy Spirit. God bless.

Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it." John 1:1-5 " The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth." John 1:14 He is saying that the Father is the only true God, true, but so is the Word (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit. The triune God, 3 persons one God.

Listen what he is saying around 3:40-4:15, in the first century they had prophets who would have contact with angelic spirits, who claimed Jesus indeed was not God. That is the spirit of the antichrist, fallen angels. If someone researches the Jehova’s Witnesses translation on John 1 “and the Word was a god” (making Jesus separate from God the Father and a false god) you will find that it came from a German Bible translation by an ex Catholic priest Johannes Greber, who left Catholicism for listening to a boy who was as a medium for a spirit. You can read in Johannes Greber book “Communication with the spirit world of god”, the book is filled with anti Catholic and anti Christian ideas that came supposedly from that spirit. I read that book when I wasn’t sure about my faith, I wasn’t paying attention to the anti Catholic attacks by the spirit because I didn’t care about Catholicism at that time, what I cared was that the spirit was making Jesus less than what He really is. I was trying to find a pattern on certain doctrines and teachings of false churches and this spirit doctrines, one of my findings took me to the Millerite movement of the 1800’s and the follow up churches that came out from that movement. One of them being the Jehova’s Witnesses, and to my surprise most of their doctrines and theology adhere to that spirit teachings on Johannes Greber book. The other 3 churches being the church of christ, the seventh day adventists and the Mormons. JW along with SDA believe Jesus is Michael the Archangel a created being, but the SDA believe Michael was not created, worshipping him as god. That connection made me reject both churches. You can see that spirit in a bigger way in Islam, just see all the terrorist attacks on Catholic churches around the world. The most recent the decapitation of an old lady inside a church if I’m not mistaken in France? Not sure where. The other way we see the spirit of the anti christ is in the LGBT community, and in the Feminist movement with their Pro choice arguments, bringing Canaan back to life with their children sacrifices. The Apostle Paul wrote of the devil having his own “ministers of righteousness (2Cor. 11:13-15) and some departing from the faith believing doctrines of demons (1 Tim 4:1) and Jesus own words of a synagogue of satan among the churches (Rev. 2:9, 3:9) which seems to fit with the parable of the wheat and tares. Yes, I believe this wholeheartedly. Satan mimics God’s work and will imitate Jesus since Jesus is/was Jewish. The Jewish people are not going to accept some gentile as the messiah. It’s sad, the person they are waiting for is the antichrist.

You did not read that in the Bible. Antichrist is very clearly identified in Daniel 7, Revelation 13, and 2 Thessalonians 2. The Greek means "in place of Christ. " The pope is called " vicarious Christ." Whether the pope is Jewish has no biblical basis whatsoever. What matters is that he neet the scriptural criteria above, which only the papacy can do. The one-man antichrist theory was created by the early Jesuits as a counter reformation to squelch the Reformation discovery that the papacy is antichrist. Look up the origin of dispensationalism and be shocked.

Anyone who does not believe that Jesus died to put an end to sin, Jesus died once for ALL is obviously antichrist, against Christ. I 've been thinking that the great delusion in 2 these 2, in KJV, is so misunderstood. We must pay attention to punctuation, which has been removed in many bible versions. I think many will be shocked to find out that they themselves are antichrist, because believing in Jesus is not just believing in our own salvation, but it s believing in salvation for all. It is through great tribulation that we shall enter the kingdom of God. Every knee shall bow. I have heard self proclaimed Christians actually rejoice at the thought of certain people going to hell, even decide who deserves to go to hell, Jesus took Barnabas s place showing us that he saves sinners as we are all sinners or all have sinned, and all sin leads to death. So perhaps the mark of the beast is giving ourselves the right to buy and sell souls as we have no right to this as Jesus already paid the penalty once for ALL, plus Jesus tells us, love your enemies, do not judge do not condemn, be good and merciful to the wicked as God is good and merciful to them as well, just some thoughts to ponder as we all do our best to purify our hearts and love our neighbor as ourselves. This man is correct in that there have been many antichrists and his verses are also true and correct. In 2 Thess. 2:3,4,8,9 he is called the "man of destruction". He opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God (the "abomination of desolation" spoken of in Jesus words Matt. 24:15, Mark 13:14). He will take action against the strongest of fortresses with the help of a foreign god; he will give great honor to those who acknowledge him and will cause them to rule over the many, and will parcel out land for a price. The Jewish people are preparing to build a third temple. They have all the articles made, and the priests clothing are prepared, etc. There will be TWO "beasts". The False Prophet and the Antichrist. The False Prophet will be the Leader of the One World Religion. THE Antichrist will be leader of the One World Government, a political leader. Revelation 17:16,17 tells us that the Antichrist eventually takes out the False Prophet - God allows because He and Antichrist actually have a "common purpose". How is the pope _not_ a political leader if Rome has always believed in joining church and state so that the pope can have supreme temporal (political) power where all heads of state have to be subject to him? In centuries past the proud pontiff has placed entire nations under interdict if their kings refused to obey the pope. A lot of good information here, but sorry, one small necessary consideration, Catholicism is not the original church. The original church was comprised of the disciples in Jerusalem, not Rome. The original church was comprised of Jews who followed Christ not the Jewish high priests. The Jewish high priests were religious leadership organizations who did not accept Christ. Please note that Jesus Christ was born, raised, conducted his mission, was crucified, resurrected, ascended to heaven and sent the Holy Spirit during Pentecost (not Easter) *in Jerusalem, Israel*. Information carried by word of mouth to the ends of the populated earth, Rome is part of that result of the great the commission not the origin of the great commission. Peter, if he was even in Rome, was only there briefly according to historical record. Paul himself says that he was writing to and on mission to regions where no one had previously preached. For Peter to refer to Paul as "our beloved brother" and then Paul not mention "Peter as in Rome" would be quite a failing in brotherhood and the cause of Christ. J. Did the Cathollic Church mean get out of earth early, but these people being paid for release were already dead so no longer on earth. How about the Catholic hunt for Martin Luther who was loyal to Catholicism until the pope at the time refused to purify his leadership according to the Bible. What did Luther do? He listed 95 conflicts in the Catholic practices of the day with information in the Bible; then Luther translated the Bible into German which eventually became mass produced for common man. While I recognize there was blood shed from all sides of the Reformation and Catholic Counter Reformation, Catholic popes are fully human, therefore fallible and cannot grant forgiveness on behalf of God...while appointed or dictatorial or a common man. Half the time, popes contradict the Bible which is the Word of God...how is that pursuit of God and obedience? Jesus Christ is The Word of God in the Bible, not the pope. In fact, there is no leadership title or role in the Bible for pope as we know it. Chatting or repenting with a random priest, Catholic or other denomination, is not praying to or acknowledging God directly for forgiveness or relationship with God. It is not turning away from the world to God to learn God's ways. Dawdling with a symbol of Christ on the cross while praying to someone other than Christ and yet, Christ is a risen king is not...I don't even know how to characterize that. Again, some very descent end time Biblical information for the portion reviewd (almost all), but please stop lumping the Pope in with Biblical Christians. Or stating Catholicism as a true religion of Christ with such a "God head or in place of Christ" as the pope. It's about the individual believer's repentance and relationship directly to Christ.
