I have known it for almost 30 years. And even in Sweden I was a constant target and supervised as a single mother. Even if it is not like in the States, the state in Scandinavia wants to have full control over the children. The schools ... They are complete programming factories. Even the private schools have to follow the curriculum that is the same as public schools by law. If they want to teach something more there are strict guidelines of how to do it and it must be extra hours outside the "common teaching" And it is about 2 hours a week allowed. Homeschooling is not allowed and all children must go to school by law. It is good that school is important, but I've seen how it has become more and more indoctrinating by every year. If a student say or write something against what is concidered "political correct" the grades go down. Even if it is flawless and we'll done. In one school a teacher started to bully my son after he find out we went to church.
