Script:
Bilal Ibn Rabah was born into slavery-a condition that was compounded after he became one of the first believers to follow the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. Bilal’s father was an Arab slave and his mother was a former princess of modern-day Ethiopia, who was also enslaved. Bilal was ruled by a master who punished him for his conversion to Islam. He dragged Bilal around Mecca, encouraging people to mock him. He even tried to force him to renounce his faith by placing a large rock on his chest and pinning him on the ground. Far from renouncing his faith, Bilal showed defiance and strength in the face of persecution and violence.
Impressed by Bilal’s steadfastness to the Islamic faith, the Prophet Muhammad sent one of his closest friends, Abu Bakr, to pay for Bilal’s freedom. Once freed, Bilal rose to prominence in the early Muslim community. The Prophet Muhammad appointed him to serve the mosque by using his sonorous voice to call the believers to prayer.
Bilal was a black man and for some, his blackness made him unfit for such as honor. On one occasion, a companion of the Prophet, a man named Abu Dharr, disparagingly said to Bilal, “You son of a black woman!” This drew a swift rebuke from the Prophet Muhammad. “Are you taunting him about his black mother?” asked the Prophet. “There is still some influence of ignorance in you.”
The ignorance the Prophet identified was rooted in the misguided view that a person’s race reflects his or her moral character or social status. In fact, the Prophet’s message of racial equality stood in stark contrast to the prevalent racial animosities of 7th century Arabia. Scholars refer to the period prior to the advent of Islam as jahiliyyah, a time of ignorance, which included racism.
Arguably, the Prophet Muhammad was the first person in human history to declare that no person is above another by virtue of race or ethnicity.
This declaration is crystalized in one of the Prophet’s notable speeches-his Last Sermon, as it is known, which was delivered on Mount Arafat in 632 A.D. In that sermon, the Prophet unequivocally condemned racism when he said: “All mankind is descended from Adam and Eve. An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, and a non-Arab has no superiority over an Arab; a white person has no superiority over a black person, nor a black person has any superiority over a white person, except by piety and good action.”
Ever since then, the Prophet Muhammad’s teachings on racial equality have inspired human beings to strive for equality and justice for all. Consider the life of Al-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, more commonly known as Malcolm X, the Black Muslim civil rights leader who battled racism in the 1950s and 1960s.
After performing the hajj, or Islamic pilgrimage, to the city of Mecca, Malcolm wrote his famous “Letter from Mecca,” in which he said: “There were tens of thousands of pilgrims, from all over the world. They were of all colors, from blue-eyed blondes to black-skinned Africans. But we were all participating in the same ritual, displaying a spirit of unity and brotherhood that my experiences in America had led me to believe never could exist between the white and non-white.” He added that he had “never before seen sincere and true brotherhood practiced by all colors together, irrespective of their color.” The hajj for him represented a shift away from racism and towards racial equality.
The teachings of the Prophet Muhammad encourage all people to strive towards anti-racism, which is quite different than simply non-racism. While non-racists do not openly express prejudiced views, they also do not work to dismantle racism in a given society. The Prophet of Islam actively challenged and dismantled the covert, overt and systematic racism around him. He identified racism as a symptom and identified its root cause as arrogance in the human heart.
As our world becomes more and more diverse and interconnected, it is imperative that we strive to follow the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. ...

Dear, this supplement is important: After Abu-Dar received an hurtful and sensitive comment from Prophet Muhammad, he came out of the room and waited on Bilal. When Bilal came out, Abu-Dar put his face on the ground and said to Bilal. "I will not feel a forgiveness from you until you smash my face under your shoe." Then Bilal raised him up and kissed his face. This was one of the greatest apologies in the annals of history.

Racism is not allowed in Islam, for the Quran speaks of human equality in the following terms: O mankind, We have created you from a male and a female and have made you into nations and tribes for you to know one another. Truly, the noblest of you with God is the most pious.2 Truly, God is All-Knowing, All-Aware. (Quran, 49:13) The Prophet Muhammad said: {O people! Your God is one and your forefather (Adam) is one. An Arab is not better than a non-Arab and a non-Arab is not better than an Arab, and a red (i.e. white tinged with red) person is not better than a black person and a black person is not better than a red person,3 except in piety. I hope you look more for islam.. and accepte it.. ask muslims who truly know.. do not listen to probaganda .. I'm sur islma will answer all you question.. ( about evolution : quran did not reject Darwin theory .. and prophète mouhamed too.. but some ignorent muslims .. refuse it ( because they don't know..) Quran always said think ..and observe .. in the most of it.. also.. the prophet jesus was mantioned in quran about 25 times..and Muhammad .. only 4..

@Frederik Van Eden Salam / Peace. I'm a Muslim. This could be something of interest to you as you could be someone with some scriptural background in your past. THE FINAL FULFILMENT OF GOD'S PROMISE TO ABRAHAM 😊 Genesis 12:2 God gives a promise to Abraham (peace be upon him). "I will make you into a GREAT NATION, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and ALL PEOPLE ON EARTH will be blessed through you." REMEMBER the same promise to Ishmael: GREAT NATION. And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a GREAT NATION. It's in him that Abraham's promise is finally fulfilled, finally completed with even the Jews entering the fold of Islam and accepting God's Prophet of Deuteronomy 18 V 18-19 Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his comprehensive law. So these are the ones who followed and accepted what the Torah pointed them to. (The one the Jews and the Christians call the outcast, the son of the bond woman, not the preeminent one, not the object of divine favor, not distinguished.) ************ Yes, ALL PEOPLE ON EARTH with equal opportunity and equal status. Connect to the servant of Isaiah 42 Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), bringing people to the God of Abraham and making them follow His ordinances and commandments through a comprehensive law code without the complex of ethnicity or race or lineage or bloodline. DEFENDERS of the true status and honor of Jesus the Messiah sent by THE ONLY TRUE GOD - THE FATHER. GREAT NATION. That that servant will ESTABLISH JUSTICE ON EARTH. This is how God blessed ALL THE PEOPLE ON EARTH through Abraham's descendant Ishmael. By sending the Prophet from him who is for all mankind. The Jews as well as the Non-Jews. With the message that NONE is superior over the other by tribe or lineage or bloodline or race or color or nationality or ethnicity in the eyes of God. It's NOT about race BUT about RIGHTEOUSNESS. ********* O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted. Quran 49:13 *************

The Prophet Muhammad said I was instructed to fight people so that they could testify that there is no god but God and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God and perform prayer and pay zakat. If they do so, they will protect me from their blood and money except for the right of Islam and their reckoning against God. ” ---------- As for Jesus, he said: Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who harm you and expel you, so that you will be the sons of your father who is in the heavens, for his sun rises over the bad and the righteous, and it rains on the righteous and the unjust.

I will change the question and ask " Who is the first racist? " And the answer is "Shaitan (Devil) " When God asks him to make sujood for Adam, he answers back " I am better than him; you have created me from fire, but him from clay !". In conclusion, people who see themselves superior to other races and colours would only be following the footsteps of Devil.

That's what love is! On the occasion of the fall of the ring, a disciple came for the second time to the tomb of the Prophet. Last goodbye from him. I cried after reading this incident. The only flower you cried while writing the song Ogo Rasul and today I read this article. Event-1. One day Mother Aisha (R) was with the Prophet. Seeing the Prophet (peace be upon him) very pleased, Aisha said, "O Allah's Messenger, bless me for Allah." The Messenger of Allah prayed for Aisha. O Allah forgive Aisha. Forgive her past sins, forgive her future sins, forgive her secret sins, forgive her public sins. Aisha (ra) smiled upon hearing the Prophet's prayer. The Messenger asked Aisha, "Did my prayer make you happy?" Aisha said, how can such a blessing not satisfy anyone! Our dear Prophet said to Aisha, By Allah! I pray this same prayer in each of my prayers for my students. The same prayer that the Prophet (peace be upon him) has done for his beloved wife, for the sake of his Ummah, he has done for you, for me. He is our messenger. Fact-2. One day, on the way to the Messenger of Allah, weeping. When the disciples asked why they were crying, he said, "I am crying for my brothers. The disciples asked, "O Allah's Messenger! Are not we your brothers? Messenger of Allah, you are my companion. My brother is the one who will come after me and believe in me without seeing me. The Prophet 1 cried for you, missed you, even before you came into this world. Have you ever missed a beloved prophet? Ever cried? Have you ever read the name of the Prophet who prayed for you at every time? Have you ever observed a Sunnah in love? Event-1. The Prophet (peace be upon him) used a khutbah on a tree; The next week, when the Messenger of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was performing a sermon on the mimbar, they heard a strange cry like a baby from inside a tree. A tree also missed the Prophet 3, shedding tears for him. Event-1. After the death of the Prophet (peace be upon him), Bilal Radi Allahu Anhu could not give Azan anymore. Then one day, Bilal Radwiyullah Anhu left Madinah. One day he dreamed of the Prophet. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to Bilal RadwiAllahu Anhu, "Have you not yet had time to come to my place?" Six years later, Bilal came to Madinah and requested everyone to give him Azan. But he has decided that he will never give the Azan to anyone for the Messenger of Allah. Finally, at the request of Umar Radiwaliyahu Anhu, Bilal Radiwalihu Anhu started giving Azan. In the midst of that call, the memory of the Messenger of Allah started to wither. For a while, people thought that the Messenger of Allah (।) was back again, and everyone started coming out of the house of Medina. When was the last time you cried for your beloved Prophet? When is the end Ever read the biography of the beloved Prophet (saw)? Are there any followers of the Prophet - Ignoring all obstacles, will the Prophet circumcise the Shariah and establish it in person, family, society and state life? Is there anyone Is there anyone

After Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) rebuked Abu dar, Abu Dar straight away went to seek forgiveness from Bilal. Abu Dar put his head on the floor and said I will not lift my head until you put your feet on my head and say you forgive me. Bilal said I forgive you and I do not slap or touch someone's face or head with my feet that prostrate to Allah.

I’m very glad to hear the western media talking about this even for a KZbin video! Thank you guys so much for this information to spread to people, I’m a muslim myself from iraq and the very first thing our faith taught us that ..” there’s no difference in between us only in faith” i hope this message to be spread that there’s no difference between people in regards to their skin color or background.

Wonderful message by the Prophet (PBUH). Unfortunately racism still exists and is prevalent in alot of "Muslim" countries. We are still living in jahilliyah

When the prophet won in Macca, he intentionally asked Bilal to climb the Kabba to call for prayer and rised him above the heads of the Arab lords of Mecca. Clearly it was a symbolic message to them. Thank you for your effort, you make us ashamed of ourselves. We should do the same as you and teach our people about the good side of Christianity. Peace.

One minor adjustment: It was Omar ibn al-Khitab who appointed Bilal to do the adhan (call to prayer) which at the time was the greatest honour. Salis Omar PhD
