My favorite mom is my mom. I brag about her every chance I get. She's an orthopedic surgeon (retired now), and the second female graduate of the orthopedic school at the university she went to. The first female graduate failed so hard, they almost said, "Alright, no more women!" But they gave my mom a chance, and she went on to have a successful practice! Add on to that the fact that orthopedics can require a lot of upper body strength (setting limbs back into their sockets), and she's just a tiny little thing, just makes her all the more bad ass to me!
