with most broken characters it's hard to say really, though I think between Tusk-4 and GER, they'd probably fight a draw. People speculated that Tusk-4's shenanigan is multiversal, technically surpassing GER's capabilities, but within the current universe GER can just always pull Giorno back anyways. oh the matter of broken stand vs broken stand, MIH *has* a chance of defeating Giorno but it depends on if Giorno (and the sentient GER) acknowledges his attack.

It’s funny, he would be weak…until you consider his feats. He is the best Jojo just going off of feats. He defeats the perfect being and is incredibly adaptable, and it’s super overlooked that he also survived a fall from near-orbit. In practice he isn’t the best at all, but I think in the right situations he could beat all but gold experience requiem. Especially things like star platinum because I mean you’ve seen the pillar men they are just as strong.

I like his reaction to Gold Experience Requim, it seriously is stupidly strong for no reason. Araki got overwhelmed and mistook vagueness for creativity. Thing is, right after that in stone ocean, Jolyne gets a creative, but way too underpowered stand compared to Giorono.
