Sylar being a secret Pretrelli brother was such an interesting twist and it made sense, then they made the twist pointless by making him a non pretrelli, like it would have been more interesting to see Peter win Sylar over and then together they defeat Arthur

@@MusicLuv80 Peter's ability to copy powers is empathic in origin. It's not automatic and always on like Claire, where she can resurrect herself even if she's dead. So the moment Peter died due to the Haitian's blocking powers he lost his ability to heal.

Think it was the 2nd season it went to shit Peter ended up with Amnesia, a cheap way to bring him back considering how it ended, then they gave us multiple crap characters Maya being by far the worst & with the most screen-time focusing on that dullard it was only a matter of time

i love the concept in Heroes about Sylar and Peter was actually equal in ability harvest, only different on how they collect it and Peter, as a good guy, having hard time to use his abilities to the max, but we know that in the end, the future peter who has been utilize all his ability can (maybe) toe to toe with Sylar

Peter absorbs Sylars stolen abilities too so it was only a matter of time until Peter would be stronger, every fight Peter would have Sylars abilities and then some more. Plus Peter got all the really overpowered ones like regeneration and time travel.

@@fieldy409 i agree with u, but in my opinion, at that rate, it doesn't really matter what abilities they have (since they hv a tons and some are deadly, some supportive) it become a matter how skillful and creative they used it. Now we know b'coz of Sylar ability, he can wield any abilites to the max even more than the original wielder sincr his ability is to understand how thing works. Btw, Sylar also already accquire Claire self regen, asume the event of he's loosing his power didn't occur.

Hiro hestitated to do that coz of moral compass, don't know with Peter, but the present Peter won't , but the future Peter probably do that. but again, that would make the story (if ever exist) less intetersting. And in the future timline, perhaps driving by anger, we saw future Peter foughy Sylar with fire while Sylar opened up with ice, seems like he wanted Sylar knows what's coming for him, unfortunetly we can't see the rest, we just saw some lights and some sounds behind the door

Peter is clearly the most powerful, if Sylar has 100 abilities, Peter has a 100 and 100 more due to the people he met. And also, he did have Arthur's ability. The writers just lost their brain cells and forgot that Intuitive Aptitude allows you to know your powers and master them completely. But it was a necessary scene tho, Peter would've been more powerful than Jean Grey if his power wasn't limited.
