at the time of recording this i was using an i7 Laptop (7500u), i pimped that laptop to the best it could do but found with modern Plugins / Instruments /etc i was getting CPU spikes. So i ordered a new Ryzen 4600G pc, and man what a difference with more cores. Night & Day. Old laptop was 2 cores.
