I have been a fan of MC US and MC franchise for quite a long time. Never have I seen an episode of MC when I have favorites of almost every competitor like that of MC Australia. This series out does every other one from the judges to the competitors , the food, locations, and overall spirit of the show. IMO MC Australia is beyond the greatness of the whole franchise and if I wasn't so set in my ways and struggle with change this show makes me want to move and live in this beautiful country with these amazing people.

What beautiful people all round. Humanity at its best. Sharing, experiencing. Love, sadness, tears and smiles. The embracing and the colorful dishes that each one presented. I can feel why yhe judge also had tears in his eyes coz this by far was one of the most toughest decisions in this competition. Jessica grew stronger by the minute, but it was not meant to be. Billie is such a down-to-earth gorgeous person and you can feel the naivity in her eyes whenever shes called up, because very truly never expects herself to be in the tops. This rhubarb dish is something i have tried. I dont know if it is the same dish as hers in this competition, but if it tastes and looks half as good as the one i had, then i know why the judges went bonkers about her dish. The mannerism of the other contestants and the judges show. Theres no vile behavior nor there is that disgusting feeling of jealousy or hatred.. the girls genuinely feel love for each other. Im so glad i switched my show from MC US to MS CAN and now MS AUS. Watching recaps and watching my fav billie is so divinely beautiful and soulful and relaxing. This isnt just food, this is heaven. Love the show, love everyone that has appeared so far.

If they didn't say that it is about grapefruit, I still would have thought it's a dessert that looks like a little strawberry garden. The crunches look like earth from where the sprots (those green leaves) with strawberrys (red gellys) and white blossoms (popcorn) grow out. It looks lovely.
