Hi Lawrence, while I find this really helpful on opening and expanding the front body while breathing, what about the back body and all the diaphragm attachments and lung tissue in the back body, do you think we run the risk of compressing that area if we only inhale with extension and don’t consider the back ribs moving?

Yes, you raise a great point. We do a lot of prone breathing and mobilizing too. So that breath goes everywhere.

I work with lots of patients with anxiety and persistent pain. I’m encouraging them to do this every day. Thanks for the clear instructions. I love your work!

Dude you have ESP! This is exactly another piece of my puzzle! I've been using the awesomiser, the gum on shoes and started practicing with the flow rope (once I worked out it was an actual thing and my rope arrived) and hiking up a hill the other day I was thinking I needed to learn some breathwork. I was about to do some 'you tube' research and here you are, filling the gap. Thanks.

I do this every morning as soon as out of bed and after every bike ride.
