I join bbq since a few years here in Germany... What i like most is the way of cooking. Fire, smoke, choals... I love it. If i only had the money, i would spend my holydays in US southern states every year

There is this Haitian slaw called piklez. I put it on an American pulled pork sandwich, oh my God yall!!! Life isn't the same. Lol I love spicy slaw on pulled pork now

Tom Takumi Okamoto lechon is whole roasted pig and is cooked for hours but not as long as smoking it. can't really compare the two cause they're cooked in 2 completely different methods

He went to college in Henderson, Tennessee and learned how to bbq at Jacks Creek (a small community about 7 miles east of Henderson). If you really want the BEST west Tennessee bbq go to Scott’s in Lexington, Tennessee . It’s about 5 miles from Jacks Creek.

If someone ask me about west Tennessee bbq I would think Memphis. Nashville is not west Tennessee.
