I love the library idea. I have always wanted to do that. I have an 8 year old boy going into 3rd grade, a 5 year old boy going into kindergarten, and a 3 year old daughter. My kids will also all be in the same school for one year. I am so anxious about my 5 year old starting school. I thought it would be easier the second time around, but my middle child is a little quieter than my oldest. Really enjoyed the video!

The basement is the area that’s needs MAGOR decluttering!!! Majority of the stuff is my husband’s camping stuff and we still have kids toys. My kids are 16 and 12. They don’t play with toys anymore 😢.. Anyways my husband doesn’t like to give anything away. Sucks. But I’m slowly donating stuff that I now not needed. 😂😂. I know someday the basement will be decluttered and organized. Great video!😊😊😊

Hi! We have been doing movies in the park, picnic lunches so I made a pouch of plastic ware ( paper plates, napkins, utensils and a small pouch of the accumulated but never used fast food condiments as well as a few variety size Ziploc bags and small rubbish bags) to keep in my trunk organizer so when we do anything involving food on our outings I just throw the pouch in my bag or basket. I also keep a whistle on a " necklace" and a little cowbell in my trunk organizer so that if we are at a park or somewhere where I need to get my children's attention I can use them. I have a 10 year old, we went to the flea market for the first time at his prompting and he wore the whistle necklace as a just in case safety measure so it works for that too. I also keep a head lamp in my trunk organizer and some dollar tree glow bracelets and necklaces for evening outings so my kids can be easily spotted, it's great for Drive in movie nights or attending community events in the evening.

Wow I love how easy it seemed for you around 24:35 to toss almost everything from those baskets 😇 That gives good motivation, maybe not to be as fast and ruthless haha but at least to toss some. Was there any of your clothes in those or only kid stuff ? I was trying to figure what it was for some of the things as clothes, magazines and clothes stores catalogues/flyers are the things I struggle the most to throw out.

Hi! I’ve gotten much better about not over thinking it and just donating as much as possible! But it took me awhile to get there😁 Some of the donation bags are items I’ve been decluttering the past several weeks, so it was time for a big donation pick up! I don’t buy magazines anymore, however, we get lots of junk mail and catalogs so I will immediately put those in our recycling bin. If there’s a contact on the catalog where I can opt out of their mailers then I’ll take the time to do that, but a lot of them don’t include that info 🙃

I actually saw a fellow KZbinr take their children’s artwork and turned it into a book. I forgot who it was, but I thought that was a good idea! I also have a new craft room!!! We have a small house and there’s a big deep freezer in our laundry room with built in shelving around it, and my mom said I could have it for a craft area. The freezer doesn’t work any more, so I’m going to measure it and go to Lowe’s and get them to cut me out a wood slab or maybe 2 and turn it into a desk. I got to keep the laundry washed, but that’s a fair trade!!!

Me too! Can’t wait to share it with you! Yes, Gus is alone at night in the basement but he sleeps a lot so the peace and quiet is good for him💗 I get up at 5am to work out in the basement so he’s woken up pretty early😂
