I tried both the bread and the buns u made. They both turned out amazing except my bread was a bit thick rather than being fluffy on the inside. Could it be because i kneeded it after the first proofing?

Hi, I baked the bread yesterday and everything was according to the recipe however the bread is so dense. I let it rest for 1 hour 50 minutes for the first rise then 1 hour for the next rise and baked for 28 minutes till it was slightly brown, the taste is good but it's very dense. What could be the reason? Thank you so much for your recipe it's super amazing.

It's happened only when the bread dough is not properly made, means it's not properly fermented. How long u waited after mixing the yeast with the flour? Anyway I'm really sorry that it disappeared you 🙏

That's perfect waiting time for preparing the dough. Hope u baked it in the middle rack. I will definitely like to see how it turned out in the middle. If possible send few snaps in FB or Instagram ( links are given in the description box of each video) to get a clear idea how it turned out Sripriya.

Sir my otg is without convection fan, what will be the disadvantage in making this bread without convection fan?

@@science_sir thanks for giving good explanations. I too have prestige oven but without convection fan. When I followed your recipe it didn't brown on top after 40 mins@170C. So I changed the power mode to only top rod for 7 mins and broiled but the crust became very thick. Any solution?

For bread, preheat the oven at 170 Deg C with power on both upper and lower heating rods with CONVECTION fan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes depending on the size of the bread with same settings. You can go for any brand as per your choice and budget, the basic functions of all the OTG are almost same.
