My heart skipped a beat at 2:48. Who would steal and potentially kill the only love a homeless person has? But how great of the man to lose no second and jump after and save his rabbit. And how great of the town to recognize both deeds and reward both accordingly.

Its a national program that requires everyone to participate ands pay for it. It requires a completely different mindset than is currently found in the USA right now.

Some homeless people refuse to go into housing, but there are pilot programs testing ways to make something work. The larger cities don't even have enough affordable housing for people who work there, let alone the homeless population.
