linda yang yeah that’s true but honestly I feel like the women of the real aren’t as diverse. The all had similar struggles, are for the most part fairly young and all in the same business (Hollywood) plus I feel like they watch what they say very carefully in order to avoid things which isn’t real. Not saying all the time but Adrienne and Tamara don’t always keep it real and sometimes have too many perfect answers. I like them but that’s just my take. Tamar, even though she got on my nerves, was the realest and how ironic she’s not there anymore. Finally this show has been going on for about 4-6 years versus the view’s 20 plus. I think the bad always stands out more than good. Plus, the real doesn’t talk politics as much...even Loni said she wish they would, but when the view stayed away from politics and had Jenny McCarthy, the ratings fell..now they are number 1 most watched political show. I think that says something.

Having different and divisive opinions isn't the issue. The issue is the disrespect we see on the show. Having tantrums, snapping at the audience, and even folding your arms and refusing to engage in a discussion that isn't necessarily the topic of your choice, those are all signs of disrespect. We shouldn't be condoning bad behaviour and just couching it as "passionate" discussion. It's not. It's disrespectful.
