We had a roasted pork knuckle with a pint of beer once river cruising through Austria. This video brings back such wonderful memories. I will have to try this recipe at home here in southern California USA. Thank you for sharing. You could just make some your own! Just get some chinese cabbage, a mason jar and let it ferment in a salty sour vinegary liquid. Theres quick tutorials on youtube, but its pretty much like kimchi
