Ghana is improving and we must get to the global attractions one day. And Africa as a whole we must get there
@ThredeemerАй бұрын
If you believe GH is improving then you must be blind and confused. GH is absolutely not improving and conditions have gotten far worse over the years. A few selected communities making improvements does not mean the country is advancing.

A million times Aburi! I’m a natural guy, I love nature n everything begins with nature, period!! Just that the land there is unnecessarily expensive-exploitation at its best. Nonetheless, your video is very therapeutic n peaceful to the mind.❤❤❤

Please let keep Aburi and Akuapem in general green in other to maintain the cool nature of Ofie. Also live some of the land for farming and for future generations. ❤❤

Educate folks about Aburi mountains - the massive climate change and destruction of the biodiversity, deforestation and agroforestry. Stop tree cutting and concrete walls around plot of land which is causing erosion, rockfalls, downstream flooding towards metropolitan Accra. The nature groundwater is gradually being polluted with residual contaminants and aquifers are being depleted. These are all due to uncontrolled estate development with massive ecological destruction. Cutting trees and destroying natural habitats. The mountains climate is changing and becoming warmer each year. Educate folks especially buyers and community about preserving the forest. Plant trees and avoid concrete walls around plots of lands.

@@billyboss6465 I have previously given up hope of building a house in Ghana as I was cheated of my savings and loans. I was cheated on two plots of land and for the cost of building a house. After this incident I find it hard to trust anyone and had completely given up hope of building a house in Ghana. But I got the motivation again through all the videos on KZbin of people sharing their building experiences. I would really appreciate any help I can get in finding a genuine person to buy land from in Accra. I have heard that Accra is supposed to be much worse than Kumasi when it comes to being scammed when buying land. It is sad that people take advantage just because you live in the West. They do not understand how hard it actually is for us to save money. I dream of building a house with mountain view and I am therefore wondering which areas in Accra is the best for that?. How much is the prices?. In Aburi, the price is apparently $70k per plot according to an agent. No middle class can afford that, I would be grateful for any advice I get🙏🏾.

We are selling our plot of land for 14,000. Plot size is 70x100 and is for residential or mixed use land. Its located in Agomeda just before Somanya, off of Luom Junction. The area is in Diamond City 2 through KAS Estates. Its on the Dodowa side and not the Oyarifa side. The mountain view is also there.
