If you cross the chains onto the hitch ball mount you can steal that trailer.

Name one lock that the lock picking lawyer can’t pick in a short period of time. Highly specialized skills and he had to make a custom tool. This is the best coupler lock on the market period. Better than proven Industries. That said you could cut off the hitch itself and tow it away with chains. But that’s a lot of time and effort - and if I want to avoid that risk I throw pewag chains through the wheels and around the frame. And I have to AirTags in the trailer. All of that can be defeated but it’s damn unlikely someone is going to cut of the hitch, cut two pewag chains, tow the unit dragging with chains - and find the AirTags. There isn’t a better way to secure a trailer. Anything can be stolen - anything.
