So essentially, this was a long-winded way of saying stress is a silent killer? You’re basically saying high cortisol levels which are stress levels lead to this dysregulation of TH1 and or TH2 and if we just lower cortisol levels, this will slowly improve, and we will be healthier?

Can the adrenals get over stressed by being sick all the time or if there is another physiologic impairment of sorts going on going on? I e have EBV and mono in my past but stayed generally well over the years. Recently been sick off and on for a year or more. Wandering if the stress of menopause and stress of taking the covid virus has caused high level adrenal stress?

Any and all stress contributes to the breakdown of our physiology. Menopause is a time of added stress and demand on the adrenals - many women find their symptoms worsen during this phase of life, but it doesn't have to be that way! If you'd like to speak with our patient coordinator about treatment options, you may schedule a complimentary call here: calendly.com/dr-andrew-neville-care-team/appointment ~Kim, Community Coordinator

EBV and Mono are the same thing fyi. I’ve had it 6 times in the last 20sh years. Never really felt truly healthy after having it the first time.
