Racist isn't a sexual preference. It's called obligation.. I have gay and trans friends and family. They know how I feel on the subject. It's about respect and understanding. Even my best friend jumped on the bandwagon without even watching it. Like yo.. you're smarter than that... but feelings somehow override facts.. do I believe trans women are real women.. no.. but do I respect their right to be who they are... yes.. some women can't have kids or periods. But they still are women. Body make up genes all that.. A trans female can't biologically bare children. That's the difference. Like when a trans man has a child.. no the biology of that person is still female and has the ability to bare children. No where in nature is it the other way. It's either you reproduce asexually or in some species some will change sex for reproduction. But there's ALWAYS an opposite. And that's what's being canceled. Science and facts to make one group of people comfortable. But blacks still struggle , our protest get overlooked when a few assholes corrupt the message. But no one dare speak about the LGBTQ community even when they are flat out wrong.. and that is what dave was talking about. It wasn't about them it was about a system that caters to everyone else who isn't black.

The problem with the "gay community" is that it doesn't think that it's a reflection of the larger community, in that, in its pursuit to not be victimized, doesn't think that it has racist and prejudicial "blind spots" as well. Ergo, when you call it out on being just as racist and prejudicial as the greater society, it feigns victimhood, but has no problem using methods that only those who have social privilege would employ. That's why, for now, any gay person of color, who are defending the backlash against Dave Chappelle, are THE definition of being sellouts to corporate interests, which is influenced by gay interests and the "woke" progressives.

@@tobiaslawrence8928 , I noticed a lot of LGBT blacks hate the black heterosexual patriarchy. Black LGBT blame black men and masculinity for homophobia & transphobia. Then black women feminists support them by calling out black men for misogyny, sexism, and toxic masculinity. So black LGBT and black feminists team up to attack heterosexual black men. Then you have heterosexual black male feminists and defenders of the LGBT community. So the average heterosexual black man feels like he is being crucified by these other groups within the black community. If anything its going to push many black men to the right, because the left will not correct these overreaching feminists and LGBT extremists. The conservatives still support a healthy dose of masculinity.

Since it’s inception, the gay rights movement as a whole, has had a blind spot on racial issues that has been well documented.

@@dpcisunbreakable way back before the LGBTQ+ community labeling, when it was just the referred to as “gay community”, the GRC ( for the purposes of the conversation) 70’s/80’s was piggy backing ideas from the civil rights movement, while excluding gay people of color, for fear of the convolution of agendas. Gay White men were running things and the gay black man wasn’t welcome in those circles of decision making. This mindset has carried over to this day. Just look at how they decided that of all the talk show host that they could’ve gone after, they decided on a soft target. Let’s go after Arsenio Hall. AKA punching down. Sounds like you need to do your homework. I don’t need to do my homework. I saw how they ostracized gays of color to keep their movement race free, thereby either by accident, or purposefully creating a racist outlook. I did my homework, and got my degree. Class is over.

I suggest you stope trying to, as you ignorantly stated, got for the soft targets, because not only is your aim wrong, you can't even reply to one iota of my comment. You can't get a degree, let alone do your homework, if all you're doing is jumping ahead of the lesson itself and choosing not to read as instructed. It's responses like yours that turn people off, because you refuse to listen to understand. Do better, and stop trying to compete with people that have information that is just as valid as yours, because not once have I even denied anything you mentioned. @@dpcisunbreakable so to start your end of this repertoire you stated that 1) you disagree with my statement that the blind spot was there from the beginning, by focusing on what’s happening currently, thereby skipping over the idea that it was there from the start. 2) Then after I remind you of what my statement on the HISTORY of GRC’s exclusionary tactics were, you act like you yourself didn’t skip over my initial point, thus allowing you to fabricate the idea that I skipped over yours. There’s nothing wrong with being wrong. That’s how we learn. However, willful ignorance is a plight upon society that keeps us all from progressing forward.
