In 1976, on the 3rd of December, at his residence of 56 Hope Road, Bob Marley survived an assassination attempt mostly by his manager, Don Taylor, been a barrier between him and assassins. Almost 3 years later in a Gabonese hotel room, Bob Marley apparently beat up Don Taylor. The incident is said to serve as the inspiration for one of Marley's most famous track, Bad Card.

Vey nice but not sure if that has anything to do with Bad Card, we know the history of Bob, Mortimo Planno living at 35 Fifth Street in West Kingston's Trench Town, how he was Bob's manager for a short while and the "Selassie is the Chapel" song recording session at JBC Studio was financed by Planno, but this is Bad Card 1980 and Bob is embraced by Abuna Yesehaq and the Ethiopian Orthodox Church.

But about the neighborhoods that were disturbed by his loud music at 56 Hope Road, what Neville Garrick told me once. The song "Babylon System" had prophesied his wrong doings in the music business a fraudelent manager Bob said: I say they are graduating thieves and murderers Look out now, they are sucking the blood of the sufferers.
