How can one face pain and insanity every day, and not go crazy or become indifferent? Join the psychiatrist Dr. Oren Tene for a sneak peek to a day at his office: the closed ward. The lesson he shares might change the way you raise your kids.
Dr. Tene is a psychiatrist, Vice chair of the psychiatric division at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. He is a brain researcher and a lecturer at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Medicine. In his research work, he studies the complex interface between psychiatry and neurology, focusing on brain mechanisms that influence human behavior. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

boundaries are proactive vs reactive. You must be aware of needs and have enough worth to execute them. Loved the messages here.

I've just completed my first year of teaching and I'm constantly thinking if I'm overstepping certain boundaries with respect to the time I spend with the children. I can't explain the timing of this. Thanks!
