For me I DEFINITELY find that flour has a depressive effect! Even more so than sugar! Not sure if it's scientific, but in my own journey I have discovered this to be the case for me!

Goods heads up regarding Omega 6 (soybean oil) .... I am a vegan who often orders Chinese vegetable dishes, like Broccoli, Buddha's Delight, etc.... but have not really thought about how much Omega 6 oil (soybean) is in Chinese dishes...My guess is A LOT! I think I will shift to steamed veggies instead of stir fried.

My understanding is Omega 6 oils are also (usually) genetically altered in a lab (GMO)...yikes! And I would assume that too much Omega 6 in our system would be very inflammatory & maybe even a potential for insulin resistance with all that inflammation circulating around. Just something I just thought of. I love the name... "The Happy Diet." Who wouldn't want to be on a Happy Diet? Well, I guess you are when you're on BLE....awe-some!

What about avocado oil... I've switched to that... Seems like a healthier option, as with everything in moderation. What do you think?
