I think something that doesn’t seem to be accounted for and may be extremely difficult to quantify is psychological sensitivity to things that may make one sexually aroused. For instance, a dream that may lead a teenager to get aroused may not have the same stimulating effect on an adult that has become desensitized to some degree due to more exposure over the years. It doesn’t seem like measuring erection duration during sleep is really that great of an indicator of sexual health or “age”. Just my 2-cents.
