The worst paved road I have every drove on was Highway 90 in Louisiana, between Lafayette and Morgan City(New Orleans to Morgan City is decent) a couple years ago. It was like a washboard dirt road, except it was actually a paved road that was buckled ever 10 or 15 feet and it had massive cracks that were perfect for catching a tire in. It was absolutely miserable and speeding up or slowing down didn't help. Its the highway you have to drive on if you want to go to the Tabasco factory on Avery Island and was certainly a low point for me on that trip. In general, I would say southern Louisiana has some of the worst paved roads once you get off of the interstate, but it at least doesn't have the speed traps like you get in Virginia, or the massive amount of toll roads in New Jersey(they even put tolls on Interstate highways they get Federal funding for). In fact, I would say a lot of the Northeast state's roads seem to be in either bad condition, or have tolls if they have any proximity to the train routes up there. Its almost as if they want to force people to take the state subsidized train transportation or something, instead of driving on their crappy roads.

Random thought #2: You have all the bikes in the Penske trucks facing the same direction. You "might" want to try facing every other bike in opposite directions, then you may be able to fit more bikes in since the widest part of most of the bikes is the front portion of each bike (gas tank and/or fairings) .

Vn900 custom. The most comfortable bike I've ridden . Feels solid even when scraping the pegs . Real bad on your wrists at low speed though because of the heavy rake . Damn I loved that bike

You should look into getting a stacker trailer for hauling bikes!!! We haul 2 race cars in 1 trailer with one and I'm sure you could haul tons of bikes in one. May look into it. Could save you some money on rentals.

Yeah here in PA the roads are horrible, and it leaves one wondering how they are so bad when they are constantly under construction "being fixed". I'll have to cruise by one day and check out your inventory, we have a little warehouse here ourselves but we are more into doing custom work and working on rare bikes. Restorations and custom jobs. The Super Blackbirds 1100xx are common in the UK. Go anywhere from £1,500 (Maybe $1,300) to maybe £6000 for a low mileage example. (Around $5000 plus)

Van is hydro boost so it uses the power steering pump make sure the powersterring is full my van just like that use to bounce you out your seat when it was low on power steering fluid

Go to Harbor Freight and buy a bunch of shipping blankets and put one on each of those bikes in the box truck. If you have several that fall on each other and your driving down the road you can't see what is going on in there at least you won't marr up the paint on the bikes with shipping blankets.

Recently purchased a 99 Kawa Voyager. As I was running it up onto the trailer (trailer was a bit too short) actually the bike and I fell off the ramp. With forethought, good thing I had put my helmet on. My head slammed the pavement but I was fine and so was the bike. It’s a bike I’ll flip. Even if I’m toolin around the yard, I put my helmet on.

Random thought: Make a note (right now) of how many bikes (average) that those specific Penske trucks can carry. Then you'll be more prepared for your future auction haul. Next time your 3rd vehicle might be a Penske rather than the van w/trailer.

I'm still a fan of the old pre-fairings Goldwings from the 70's. I don't know why but those things are kind of cool.. supposedly they are surprisingly fast if you are inclined to open them up.. most people just cruise them though. The new ones are everything I hate in cruiser motorcycles... seriously overweight, underpowered, quiet, a bunch of crap on them you don't need.. They are cars without the safety or comfort (a/c) of a car basically. I think you could've put more bikes on that trailer if you turned them sideways instead of having them in line with it.
