Give us our daily bread. Do we we assume this is physical food, but did Christ not say, “I am the bread from heaven”, and also, “the flesh profits nothing”! Our food is spiritual nourishment. And I don’t know about you, but I desire that food over physical food any day. I’ve been spiritually starved, and it is depression and anxiety. For those stuck in addictions and pleasure seeking.
