The way I overcame this sexual repetitive sin was to make a strict plan. This plan consisted of strict rules for myself such as; no t having any electronics on me while in bed except the T.V., no watching shows or movies with sensual dressed women, not talking about my past sexual experiences and praying/repenting of my sin. These rules helped me a lot. Just come up with your own rules and follow them to a T. Don't forgot to pray about it and you should see results as long as you try.

I've been struggling for almost 5 years now. I watched this sermon when it was live, and when he started to list the 5 steps at 26:02, I remember bawling my eyes out from how tired I was with this addiction. I started bawling because the only thing I've done was the first one he listed, confessing to God. These past 5 years have been devastating, but not until watching this again today did I realize how far I've actually come in the past 2 years. Here I am now sitting at my desk watching this for the first time since it being live, and once again I'm bawling my eyes out, but this time with tears of joy. When I watched the part where he was listing the 5 steps, I started becoming overwhelmed with thankfulness because I had no idea how far I've actually come with this. I had nostalgia and flashbacks to when I watched this two years ago and remembered how hurt I was. I have been on my way to freedom for the past year by not only confessing to God but confessing to a best friend and removing the triggers, and I am on my way to getting the necessary help. The wisdom of God isn't something anybody can have, but generally is definitely something worth listening to! There is no wisdom in worshipping someone who was justifiably executed on a cross due to their actions, and having done that to themselves implies folly! The american church has paid out over $4billion to victims of members of the church who cant control themselves where young children are involved, so they should be the last ones advising anyone about pornography! Tasteful pictures are ok, but sex, that being the act of making love, instead of simply the function of sex, with no emotion and meaning, isn't worth knowing about! I was addicted to porn for a long time, I seen videos where people got over their addiction but I didn't have the faith that I ever could stop. I got saved and asks the Lord for forgiveness, I would stop watching for a week then temptation hit me and I'd go right back. I sat down beside my bed and cried out to God, asking to give me strength throughout this time of temptation. This September will make a year, it was very hard and sometimes I do have lustful thoughts but you have to let the Holy Spirit come in and rebuke the devil everytime, God bless you all!!

Heres how i stopped watching Porn, I watched a documentary about human trafficking and forced sex slavery. In knowing that this industry is rooted deep into Occultism i decided to hate it.
