If it's the TV version of Soldier Boy vs MCU Captain America i give Cap no chance. Soldier Boy is far more durable they had nothing that could pierce his skin, they shot an assault rifle down his throat. You're wrong here, soldier boy is MUCH more powerful in more or less every way. He is between 5 and 10 times as strong, CAP is class50, soldier boy is high class k in lifting strength, Ben also has much higher striking strength due to his physical strength. Soldier boy also ate a mag of bullets, while its stated that cap cant survive a single headshot. Sure, Steve is smarter in more or less every way, and more experienced, but that doesn't compensate for the huge power gap. Its also worth noting that Soldier Boy is no idiot, while cap is a much better combatant soldier boy will still use his power efficiently as he also is a ww2 veteran. Cap has no way to hurt Ben, like at all and if Soldier Boy simply chooses to use his nuclear blast its over for Cap. Soldier boy wins mid diff, not high.

This what people don’t understand about cap. He’s not a mere “peak human”. The serum healed him of all ailments, making him genetically perfect pushed his cells to the pinnacle of human evolutionary potential (forced end state of human evolution), therefore his abilities are that of superhuman status. If he was just “peak human” guys like Clint, Frank, Matt, Sam, etc wouldn’t deem him superior and those guys got crazy feats but nowhere near Steve. Or Steve wouldn’t be relative to other known superhumans like gambit, Peter, Logan, Blade, US agent, etc. He’s not at a level you can train for. “Super soldier” not “Above average soldier”. You can’t train be the end of evolution or chuck cars (unless you’re one punch man). He is a baseline superhuman in all regards; strength, speed, durability, stamina, healing, etc. Even in recent comics they remark about his “superhuman strength” or the fact that he can outrun a car. Steve is superhuman.

Cap might be really really hard to hit but if he takes a bullet to the face he dies. That means every one of the explosions and/or times he is buried in rubble he *could* have died if his body was impacted a certain way. So he could fight circles around soldier boy but can't hurt him, not with regular guns, not with his fists, not with his shield. Soldier boy only has to land one lethal hit, whether bullet or blade or brute force...and it's over for Cap.

I think all the people who are saying you're wrong are kinda forgetting several things. Spider-man's strength is INSANE. Doc Oc when he took his body accidentally punched Scorpion's jaw off when using Spiderman's full strength, if Cap can tank full-strength hits from Spiderman and not die, he can fight someone who can tank bullets (and for that matter, they seem to have ignored all the bullet-proof opponents you brought up that cap can face). They're also ignoring the fact you brought up about how Cap csn block bullets even after they've been fired, that is reflexes WAY beyond normal humans. That's very nearly on Spiderman's level, if not matching it. And they're ignoring the whole "cap blocked an extinction level attack from a celestial" thing. Sure, his shield is nigh-invincible, but to have the strength to keep holding it up under that attack is not something normal humans could do. Plus, the fact he tanked a ppint-blank explosion from GAMBIT, who's explosions can definitely level buildings means he can definitely survive Soldier Boy's explosions. Tbh, I'm not convinced most of these people didn't skip watching the explanation and just assumed you meant MCU cap. Considering there are people among them going "oh, but normal people can fight cap." Bitch, no they can't. The only time he had true superhuman strength was in the 70s when he and Falcon (Pre-Winged) were poisoned by Viper. The poison mixed with his SSS, granting him superhuman strength for a time. Eventually, it wore off in the early 80s There was a time in the early 2000s when Marvel made the mistake of drawing a flashback of Cap in the 1940 lifting a car over his head in front of some kids...in a time when he was list at lifting 800 to 1000 lbs. People need to realize that the comic books are the source of truth, not the reference entries put out by Marvel; and the reference material Marvel puts out is WAY off for Captain America. In the comic books, Cap is what the video stated. You can't just make a character that is supposed to be a human with REALLY good steroids tank an attack from a LITERAL GOD. it's terrible storytelling and there are more than enough characters who you could slot in to fight Thor instead, they just want to use the popular one and as a result write a story that doesn't fit into their verse. If a comic character does something out of their weight class, it IS the writers fault not the reference book. If you saw Batman pick up a fucking car are you going to say that's normal or are you going to think "wtf why is Batman picking up a car he's supposed to just be a really strong guy"? Because if you think that's normal and ok writing I'm glad you're not writing stories for anyone bc that's just awful story design. Take something less controversial than comics, what if you were watching a true crime police show, and all the sudden a cop just goes super Saiyan and blasts the killer to the moon. Doesn't make sense, and if you wanted that story you should've wrote that story not the cop story, it's the same thing with cap. If you want a hero who can fight gods and it make sense pick one, don't just pick a character and make a story they don't have a chance in it's just lazy.

I want to point out something I’m not seeing, and that’s no matter how strong soldier boy is, I feel cap has ALWAYS held back, here’s my reasoning. He’s said to have the strength of “100 men”! And when they say this, they’re specifically talking about soldiers. Fully grown soldiers, then multiply that by 100. If that is true, I don’t think soldier boy would stand a chance

Nope. Cap can't beat Spiderman those are just plot armor nonsense stories... And No Peak Human isn't Super powers! That's just new writers being free with his power levels.... He has been powered up over the years same with a lot of other character's... and the Shield is made of Vibrainum it absorbs energy that's why it's able to take such incredible impacts...but it can be overloaded if the impact reaches a certain level...The celestial blast was complete nonsense of the writer being lazy...and Gambit attack wasn't a fully charged attack he was 100% holding back because he knows Cap is a good man & he respects him.... Cap has literally Zero chance against SB. And once again Spiderman only gets hit because it's what the writer wants to happen and they ignore his feats..to push the story otherwise he would be too OP against almost Every opponent except top Tier people like Hulk,Thor,Etc.

Danco is waaaaaaay off here. First off, Cap is nowhere near as fast as Spiderman. Spiderman has never gone all out on Cap. Spiderman holds back and bested Cap multiple times. Cap understands he has no chance against Spiderman. Spiderman has fought multiple Avengers at once and beat an entire Xmen team before. Spiderman has beaten a Hearlad of Galactus before (Firelord). And beat him to a pulp! It was Hercules and Captain American who pulled Spiderman off of Firelord to keep Spiderman from killing him. Hercules was very impressed and had no idea Spiderman was that strong. Spiderman was so fast that even the Silver Surfer respected his speed. Now he could not hurt the Silver Surfer, but from a speed perspective, the Surfer was impressed. Spiderman has knocked out the Hulk before with his speed and a Half-Powered Juggernaunt and his bestfriend Black Tom. Cap is not hurting Spiderman unless he uses his sheild. WTF is Danco Smoking????? Soldier Boy would destroy Captain America. Captain America is resourceful and skillful, but this is not the fight for him.

Soldier boy has about the same durability as Luke cage which Steve can beat. His main weapon is his nuke charge. Every other area Captain America is superior. Plus he actually fought in the war
