What for two years?
@jimjoe43092 жыл бұрын
I grew up playing with him, a large part of why he wasn’t offered by bigger schools is because he grew late. He was always a fast and athletic player but up until around his sophomore year he was around 5’9. Junior and senior year he grew to 6’3. The scary thing about it tho was even tho he grew he didn’t lose any of his speed like most people do when they grow. he also played running back almost his entire life up until high school which where a lot of his agility comes from. If you watch his tapes closely he has very running back like jump cuts which is where that comes from and makes him a dangerous receiver. On top of that he went to plant high school here in Tampa which is notorious for producing college and NFL athletes, a couple of his teammates are in the league already so I believe he was overshadowed by them. His hands were also questioned at the time as well. Which is why NDSU was his best offer. Now that he’s 6’4 208 (and will most likely get bigger as his career progresses) with top end speed from track, and agility from his running back experience in combination with Aaron Rodgers I truly believe he’s going to be something special. One thing I will also say, Christian is not one of these athletes who just gets by on his talent and puts in minimum work. He’s been working hard at this from a young age, one of the smartest, hard working, competitive, and passionate players I’ve played with. So don’t doubt his ability to grow in the league. I’m happy to see it all the hard work pay off for him. Can’t wait to see him show the world what he’s got.

Back in April during my dynasty draft, I was excited about Christian Watson and his potential on the Packers, but everyone was so quick to dismiss him because of his "drop issues" and the fact he went to a smaller school. I found your video, watched it multiple times, and drated Watson over players that were ranked higher like Jahan Dotson, Kenny Pickett, Skyy Moore, George Pickens & Jameson Williams. My whole league has been roasting me since, especially with the drop week 1 and his injuries over the past couple months. Long story short, now Watson is leading the Pakcers in targets, has 5 TDs in four days, and looks like a unstoppable freak of nature while doing it. Have to give credit where credit is due!

Thanks Packers for letting us move way up in the draft while adding more picks.

Watson is 100% Aaron Rogers' personal draft pick.

As a Bucs fan I have wanted to the Bucs to draft either Christian Watson or Traylon Burks in the 1st ever since the superbowl ended. Christian Watson is raw and has alot to learn but his ceiling is limitless

His break away speed is crazy. Wondering what it would've looked like with MVS and Watson in the slot.

Two things you can't teach are size and speed. Watson has both and the rest are teachable.

@God_Laughs _At_Atheists He is, that's why they don't risk his injury. I can tell you that if he gets to know the offense and connect will Rodgers, look out. He plays faster than his 40 time and his 40 time is scary already. Watson has everything to be great in Packers offense. Wish him nothing but a bright future.
