After the breakup FF was forced by contract to continue the following year. They still owed the label 2 albums. They didn't have a choice. Hence the song Slave Labor.

I don't understand why Dino never explained any of this sooner than now. Maybe he felt he didn't need to but I would say that this is probably the most important part of all this that fans need and want to know. Props to him for keeping the band going after everything they've been through.

Dino was incredibly lucky enough to find a proper singer for FF songs and with no ego.

It's funny how Dino think, yes we can reunite , all 4 of us playing together....but it will be hard to do buisness with them. OK, you(Dino) and Burt are the one choosing to reunite without telling them(Ray and Chris)....you(Dino) are the one saying, these 2 albums without me(archetype/transgression), they're not Fear Factory....hum, like it or not, they are!!! Your ego tell you, if i wasn't part of it, it's not FF!! The fans love these LP and ask for it and you(Dino) had no choice to play songs from these albums.....You(Dino) left the band, you abandonned the ship!!! Christian and Raymond are the ones keeping the band alive(while burton keep leaving and coming back). Christian and Raymond sued both Burt and Dino because you 2 left them no choice!!! Christian admit himself he wasn't against the idea of coming back(Chris and Burt take a picture together days ago at the namm shown). In the end, Burton is responsible for lying and hiding to his former bandmate the reunion with Dino, and Dino is responsible by thinking FCK them, we don't need them, we can record with me playing the bass and programming the drums. And now Dino is acting like: They sued us, i can't make buisness with these guys". Dino and Burton are responsible for this!!!

I think after the internal disputes and lawsuits, are the main reasons why Dino Cazares doesn't want to reunite with his former bandmates.

Actually Burton and Wolbers seem to be in contact or at least with no bad feelings. There's a recent photo Wolbers put on his instagram. Both smiling together.

If you're saying that just because he owns the band, there are completely practical reasons why that ended up happening. But yeah, it's easier just to say some nonsense, and that's why people believe nonsense.
