I was hoping you would make a video on this, the handles are a game changer for Back Day, in the summer these V handle workouts both widen my back and the last one mimics the classic landmine or T-bar row and gave me incredible back thickness, absolutely amazing!!

So glad I found this channel, because I’ve been pretty curious and hopeful that band will get us to the same place as plates and bars. Or pretty close to it, anyway. I was looking at a picture of a close-grip landmine row, racking my brain to thin about how to recreate it with bands.
