Great video as always, my favorite is the banded barbell Romanian DL and love the 1 leg with a kettlebell.

Another great video, Brandon. I don't have a barbell and have not yet purchased the foot plate (soon I hope) but I do have the handles so I like that option you showed with a 41" band underr feet. I do have back issues so I have to be really careful with this type of exercise.

Glad you found one of the options that will work well! Yea there is definitely going to be some pressure put on the back with RDLs, so keeping proper form/engaged core/flat back is key! Also avoiding going super heavy with the resistance will help too!
