Agreed.i gave bank po since 2013 till 2021. And I agree that the competition changed from 2015 when pre and mains started. Earlier only one online exam happened. And that too damn easy. Then in 2017. They started shift wise changed difficulty levels. It was so unpredictable. And I know that there is a very high level corruption going on for selling government jobs and bank PO also one of it.

@@aman9299-s8u I left the preparation and now I earn 15 lpa in IT. Next year I will get offers in 20-25 lpa range. And all this in 5 years. I think its working for me here. The only thing that banking preparation did to me was making my mind sharp. But that would have already had happened if I joined IT sector after graduation.

@@aman9299-s8u u better be exceptionally good. Or from SC category. Corruption is there. As I spoke to an insider from the company who used to work in exam organising company. And also that how his colleagues cheated and cleared. And I also got a contact from a person who was asking 10-20 lakhs for getting selection. It was for IBPS po. I wish that this gets exposed soon. Bhai me bi bank po hu but yha pe only cross selling h aapki koi self respect nhi hoti . Mane quit karne ka soch liya h . After that choice is yours and no work life balance for bankers
