However, even IFBB bodybuilders hire coaches to actively keep them on track. From amateurs to pros, people hire coaches for active accountability.

I think he wanted quick results and with Greg’s Train Harder advice he had false expectations to blow up and get super strong in a short time. When in reality Greg is about slow progress with minimal body fat gain and good form.

Brandon is filled with ego and impatience. He wants to be so strong so fast but won’t listen to a very flexible diet and training program to reach his goals. He started working out with guys bigger than him and stronger than him and that must’ve hurt his ego. Thus, instead of realizing he just needs to be consistent and patient to make good gainz he blames it on his coach.

I’m like bro you’re at least 25% (and not to be offensive, but that’s just the truth) and I go like I’m 20%. Yes he is I worked with a few coaches and they practically starve me to get to were I need to be like right now I'm eating only 138 carbs 181 protein and 55 fat and the calories only come out to like 1300 when I'm used to 2500 3000 and that's the diet right off the bat

derrick morgan yo the coach I used to work with was literally one of those morons who told me not to eat fruits and bread. I’m so glad I found Greg. Now I’m literally eating pop corn, and enjoying my meals and workouts more and I’m getting the best results of my life. Only 19, and been working out for a year, but just focusing on TUT, and having a mind muscle connection, and moving the weights slower making sure I don’t get injured has been so helpful and has showed much better results.
