I'm someone who's born in Damascus, Syria and I'm very grateful that Israel is protecting the middle east from Syrian, Iranian and Hezbollah terrorism. I spent my childhood challenging my school by telling that I recognise Israel. Unfortunately the response was always very harsh. I have lived now most of my life abroad, I do not recognise Syria as it is today. And I feel very responsible to show my support for the state of Israel because Syria is at war with Israel and I'm not. As my country of birth (Narco state Syria) have consistently spread lies and propaganda. In Reality Israel never hit civilians in Syria nor anywhere else. It's terror groups such as Hezbollah and Iranian militias who are responsible for the death of Palestinians, as they keep on radicalising youth and spreading misinformation. Certainly on that, I'm not alone who wants peace with Israel, I imagine most minorities in Syria such as Druze, Kurds, Christians (Assyrians, Chaldeans, Arameans) also Lebanese Maronites would want peace with Israel. I currently consider Syria to be occupied under dictatorship regime supported by Iranian terrorism under narco economy. I do not accept or recognise Syria as it is today. TLDR; -I was born in Damascus and I strongly support Israel. -I do not believe the lies I was told at school in Syria. -Syria is currently a failed state, influenced by Iranian regime under narco economy.

Had the French scholar Rashi (1040?-1105), interpreted aškenaz as “Germany,” it would have been known to the RaDaK who used Rashi's symbols. Therefore, Wexler's proposal that Rashi used aškenaz in the meaning of “Slavic” and that the term aškenaz assumed the solitary meaning “German lands” only after the Eleventh century in Western Europe as a result of the rise of Yiddish, is more reasonable (Wexler, 2011). This is also supported by Das et al.'s major findings of the only known primeval villages whose names derive from the word “Ashkenaz” located in the ancient lands of Ashkenaz. Our inference is therefore supported by historical, linguistic, and genetic evidence, which has more weight as a simple origin that can be easily explained than a more complex scenario that involves multiple translocations.
