They rationalize their behavior by claiming they have to get hurt to "build character" and "get it out of their system". But one day it will come to surface. My son dad did me so dirt when I was in the hospital 😭 he was sleeping around and said I was canceled while in labor now he in jail I changed my number before I did he was talking about starting all over again and he said I should trust myself so I changed my number we haven't spoke since January 14 up to now our son is about to be one it's hard but I'm doing my best every time to stay strong his about to walk. Well personally, my ex already detached himself and grieved the end of the relationship before so even knew he wanted out of our 25 year marriage. So it was easy for him to quickly move on after he finally told me he wanted out. My grieving period then just started while he was able to quickly move on, and have the new person he just met on an Ap, into our marital home, while we were still not divorced. They live happily ever after three years later. I am not mad at him for being courageous and saying it’s over, and moving on so quickly, I am mad that he turned into a total stranger, and conducted the divorce as if I was a random he just met. He kept the house and didn’t pay me out and my dumb butt signed the agreement. Oh well lesson learned.

I don't think most of us Men can truly be alone for long periods of time (sexually or relationship wise) by pure choice. We're taught from a young age that we deserve a woman no matter what, however what. Majority of men who are single and aren't having sex are only like that because they have no other choice.

This is a generalization. A man truly in love with a woman doesn’t rush to replace her. As evidence l point you to long married happy couples. When the wife dies the husband usually remains a widower. Now a younger man whose wife dies can and should marry again. That is normal. This is the same for women. Younger women remarry. Some older ones do too but maybe not as often as the younger women❤

This explains A LOT for my first relationship. It's affected me ever since. I've pretty much affected me in attracting men who monkey branch to someone else as soon as we break up. I'm someone who loves fully in a relationship and will give, give, give against my better judgement ( I'm doing better at setting boundaries and being clear about the treatment I accept). My first boyfriend moved on to an "upgrade" and didn't treat me well but did treat her well. And men do usually treat more attractive women better, because they could lose them and they're more of a risk in losing. So they'll grow up for her and be a bit nicer towards her even if it's only for a couple of years or so. I don't want to attract that anymore. I want to attract the one that never leaves and is faithful. It can be hard to trust out there. There are good men out there, sometimes they're already taken. Many broken ones are left. I want a healed one, as I am healing.
