Favorite: The Fall Guy. Just pure entertainment with the two most handsome and likable artists alive right now! Best: Dune Part 2. Do I even need to explain it? Mas. Tah. Piece! As written! Most anticipated: House of the Dragon part 2. Mostly because of a dreadful moment I shudder thinking about regarding how explicit they will be (Blood and Cheese)

@@MeesdeFilmliefhebber Dune 2 is the best. Already in my top 10 of all time

Shogun is on Disney+ here in Australia. And if the buzz for it wasn't enough, it's completely smashed the record for the amount of Emmy's won by a show in a single year, winning 18. The previous record was 13.

Hobby: "a pursuit outside one's regular occupation engaged in especially for relaxation" (Merriam-Webster) So yes, I count YT, kpop, tv series, movies, reading, gaming etc. all as hobbies. Otherwise I wouldn't have any either. 😂 All the kpop content must be watched!

If you haven’t seen it, I’d highly recommend the first season of True Detective, it’s 8 episodes and they’re roughly about 50 minutes in run time. And another series I’d highly, highly recommend watching, is an Australian show called Mr. Inbetween, it spans 3 seasons and 26 episodes, each episode is only about a half hour long. It was almost completely shot in and around Sydney, with a couple of episodes that were shot in Queensland and the Northern Territory I believe. I’d absolutely love to see your reaction to this show in particular, if you’re able to get it, and you haven’t seen it before.

Re. Netflix subscription: If you get any income from your channel you can claim a portion of your streaming subscriptions as tax, if that's of any benefit? Station Eleven was a great self-contained limited series I enjoyed recently, if you like sci-fi drama. Oh and Mrs. Davis was SUPER fun and a crazy ride too.

I'm 68. My first celebrity crush was Diana Rigg (Emma Peel in The Avengers...the first Avengers...No, not Captain America). Am I allowed to have celebrity crushes at my age? If so, Ana de Armas or Margot Robbie.

Current Walt Disney movies: Don't watch them. As I recall, some set the cutoff date to avoid DEI/ESG/The Message garbage is 2010. So, Walt Disney stopped making movies in 2010, while the rest of the world moved on. Can't find such "old movies"? Look for physical media, be it VHS, Laserdisc, or DVD, there are enough movies for a lifetime without Disney Dumpster Fires.;)

Copyright claims are annoying but sadly posting (even super short) clips of copyrighted material does not fall under fair use. Fair use is for example when demonstrating something and showing a reference for educational purposes or showing stills when discussing or critizing a film etc. When looking at Wikipedia, a fair use clip is usually an under 10 sec low resolution clip that demonstrates a sound or camera angle or something in those lines. Posting clips on YT is infringing copyright of the author / owner and even though several YT channels keep posting the fair use legal quote in the video along with a timer, it does not fall under fair use. Using still images (ie super low framerate, like 0.1 or 0.3) without sound might go around the copyright claims, but it would be a really meh viewing experience. Sorry for sounding like a party pooper. : /
